Shipping Policy

At Linen & Sons, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently, safely, and on time, whether you’re in Indonesia or abroad.

1. Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Providers: We work with reliable courier services such as JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and others, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Java & Bali: 1–3 business days

    • Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi: 3–5 business days

    • Remote areas: Up to 7 business days

     

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or natural causes.

 

2. International Shipping
  • Available Destinations: We currently ship to selected international countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at [insert email].

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Carriers: DHL, EMS, FedEx, or other trusted global couriers.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 business days depending on the destination.

  • Customs & Import Duties:

    • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes in the destination country.

    • Linen & Sons is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

For lost packages, please allow a reasonable time for investigation through the courier. We will support claims where possible.
