Refunds & Returns
At Linen & Sons, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items:

Items marked as sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be refunded unless defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos or return of the item for inspection.
4. Return Shipping:

For refunds due to change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.
5. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
